Voice and music recording studio branding case study
Project background: Founded by Mr. Samant Gupta and Mr. Alok Sharma, Suno Studios was born to help musicians find the perfect music studios, jam, record, and produce their next YouTube hit. Musicians also get post-production support to get their tracks mixed and mastered to give them the final polished output. With the head office based out of Bangalore, India, the company has recording studios in various locations across India.

Brand identity design
This music studio logo design is a visual representation of ‘Suno’ in an organic-musical-connected style. The wavy composition of the logo gives a sense of waves/sound and makes it relevant to the music business domain. The design also considers the future application of mediums such as neon-glow, wooden engraving, and leather embossing.
Look and feel: Simple, minimal, and musical.
Brand expression system
The brand expression system defines the brand’s tone of voice and the brand’s visual expression system comprising of the brand color pallet, brand typography family, brand graphic styles, brand imagery styles, iconography system, style guides, etc. It ensures consistency in the brand’s communication and complete uniformity in style and formatting for the brand. We chose Orange & Purple for the brand as the colors are unisex and have a bright/happy mood emotion attached to them. The font family was recommended to cover a large spectrum of music genres.
Logo Exclusion Zone
The exclusion zone is the designed clear space that ensures that the logo has some breathing space around it. It is to ensure that the logo is always visually distinct. An exclusion zone equal to 1/3rd of the height of the logo has been maintained on all sides.
